- Cooperate with sales team by ensuring service support to customer through service point.
- Attend meeting with sales team and update them about product modification and customer awareness.
- Organize service promotional activities like service campaign, high way check up campaign etc.
- Guide and support service dealer / mechanic for transparent smooth transactions.
