Job Responsibilities
- Install, configure and manage all IT devices of the company
- Provide end user it support as required and follow up
- Troubleshoot any issue related to product (Desktop/Laptop, Printer, Network etc) or service (Software, antivirus etc)
- Implement new infrastructure projects and provide support for daily operation
- Managing internal LAN, VPN, Network products (Switch, Router, Firewall, UTM), CCTV, access control and their installation, configuration and cabling.
- Monitor server and network infrastructure, take initiatives and ensure overall security of full infrastructure
- Maintaining inventory & submit report (SOP, Deployment, Incident Mapping, request handling) on time

- At least 2 year(s)
