Job Context
- This Spa is the first Bangladeshi brand of Spa who are serving most luxurious spa services by the combination of Thai and European style based looking for a qualified Spa therapist to provide professional and engaging wellness therapist and massage treatment to our client. And to fulfill the task under most challenging and good environment for A Luxury-5 Star Hotel and Resort.
Job Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed client’s expectations and contribute to the business building process.
- Deliver a variety of spa services (Body Treatments, Massages, Facials and Manicure/Pedicure) in a safe and comfortable manner.
- Have a genuine passion for performing expert treatments tailored to each individual guest and who are dedicated to delivering exceptional and personalized customer service.
- Be on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each treatment.
- Keep work area clean and neat at all times.
- Suggest and promote retail products or additional services.
- Must follow all standards and procedures as taught by legendary trainers of treatment supervisor.
- To ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the spa.

Educational Requirements
- SSC/ Equivalent and Relevant Training Course completed.
- But for deserving candidate it may be relaxed.
- Professional Certification: Certification from an accredited school of Massage and aesthetics required.
Additional Requirements
- Age 18 to 28 years
- Only females are allowed to apply
- Previous work experience as a Spa Therapist preferred.
- Working experience minimum 1 Years.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
- Highly responsible & reliable.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
